[Important] Measures Against Improper Use of the Game

This app prohibits improper use of the game that violates the Terms of Use, such as analysing or modifying game data, or fraudulently obtaining refunds by account transfers or RMT.

[Examples of Improper Use by Analysing or Modifying Game Data]
Actions that place the player at an unfair advantage over those playing as intended, such as by tampering with game data or using fraudulent tools or programs.

[What is RMT (Real Money Trading)?]
The act of exchanging accounts or in-game items (such as Dreamballs) for real money or goods.
* Providing game data to a third party's in-app currency exchange service, and paying money for the exchange service, also counts as RMT.

We consider that engaging in such behaviour places the players who utilise the game according to the rules at a disadvantage.
Accordingly, accounts on which Terms of Use violations are detected may be ineligible for support, and may face more severe measures such as suspension of paid product purchasing or account suspension.

There have also been reports of issues caused by Terms of Use violations.
Please note that, in such cases, we will not be able to provide any support or resolution.

[Examples of Issues]
-A third party logging in without authorisation.
-Suspension of the account, or other such measures taken, after the account was handed to a third party in-app currency exchange service.
-Account recovery failing to go through after an account was purchased or transferred, due to inability to provide proof of usage.

We therefore request that players refrain from engaging in activities prohibited by the Terms of Use, in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all players.
